12-cups zucchini, chopped 4-large onions, chopped 2-red peppers, chopped 2-green peppers, chopped 1/3-cup pickling salt 3-cups white vinegar 4-cups white sugar 3-tbsp cornstarch 2-tsp celery seed 2-tsp mustard seed 2-tsp turmeric |
Drain & rinse
Combine remaining ingredients with veggies and boil 20 minutes
Fill sterilized jars
Process in boiling water canner for 15 minutes
